PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE
H. THOMPSON UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
the United States of America gave notice to defendant Tanya
Lee English in the indictment and bill of particulars (doc.
nos. 1, 20) that it would seek the forfeiture of all property
used or intended to be used in any manner or part to commit
and to facilitate the commission of the offenses in violation
of 18 U.S.C. § 1343; and, WHEREAS, defendant consents to
the forfeiture of specific property and a forfeiture money
judgment in the amount of $ 119, 550.51;
hereby ORDERED that the government's motion for a
PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE (doc. no. 62) is granted as

result of the guilty plea on Count 2 of the indictment, the
defendant shall forfeit to the United States pursuant to 18
U.S.C. § 981(a)(1)(C) and 28 U.S.C.§ 2461(c), any
and all property constituting or derived from proceeds

offenses in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343.
