TEXT ORDER: Attorney Gayle Douglas has filed a motion to withdraw her representation of M.J., a minor by and through her mother and next friend, N.J. (Doc. 44 ). This case is set for a status conference at 3:30 p.m. on November 7, 2014. The Court asks Ms. Douglas to please inform N.J. of the status conference and request that N.J. be available to participate by phone or in person. By 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2014, Ms. Douglas shall file a notice informing the Court whether N.J. will participate in the status conference by phone or in person. During the status conference, the Court will hear from the parties on State Farm's motion for entry of judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b), or in the alternative, for certification pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1292(b) (Doc. 40 ) and on Ms. Douglas's motion to withdraw (Doc. 44 ).
